Welcome to Selous Wilderness Camp
Selous Wilderness Camp is set along the palm-fringed edges of the wide, meandering Rufiji River, which is one of the largest water systems in East Africa.
With its associated wetlands, lakes and swamps, it is one of the most outstanding ecological
systems in the whole of Eastern Africa. Due to this unique ecosystem the Selous Game Reserve was designated as a World
Heritage site.
With only 7 spacious tents and a mixture of solid wooden furniture and leather sofas, Selous Wilderness Camp offers intimacy and exclusivity to the guests. The services and hospitality from the experienced staff, the
décor and finishing blends in with the natural environment, thus giving a feeling of tranquility.
